Professional positioning
A clear hierarchy for business experience, strategic advisory, executive audiences, and the kinds of work a visitor may want to discuss.
Personal brand / advisory / lead capture
A professional brand website that organizes advisory, speaking, books, and audience development into a coherent visitor experience.
Homepage: a distinct business and advisory identity for Ryan Chamberlin.
THE BRIEF
Ryan has several public-facing roles. The business website needed to tell the professional story clearly while keeping advisory work, speaking, books, and public-service activity understandable and distinct. A polished first impression was important, but so was helping the right visitor find the right conversation.
MY APPROACH
I treated the site as a personal-brand system rather than a single biography. The design gives the professional identity room to lead, then connects the major content areas with focused calls to action. Forms and newsletter entry points extend that experience into the shared lead-management infrastructure.
PROJECT SCOPE
A clear hierarchy for business experience, strategic advisory, executive audiences, and the kinds of work a visitor may want to discuss.
Dedicated destinations for the professional story, advisory, speaking, books, and inquiry rather than one long page trying to do every job.
Routes for organizers, media, and other inquiries, with context preserved for the team handling the response.
Book artwork, subject positioning, and next steps brought into the broader professional identity.
A free-audiobook offer and newsletter signup experience connected to the brand relationship beyond the first visit.
Form processing and CRM integration within the broader Ryan Chamberlin project, with source-specific records and follow-up behavior.
THE EXPERIENCE
See Ryan's professional focus and experience.
Choose advisory, speaking, books, or background.
Submit the appropriate inquiry or newsletter form.
Carry that context into the team's follow-up systems.
01 / PROJECT DETAIL
The consulting website belongs alongside the representative site and End Property Tax Now, but those destinations do not serve the same visitor. The business experience needs to speak to professional audiences without requiring them to navigate campaign content first.
That separation shaped the navigation, page structure, photography, book presentation, and contact paths. Connections to the other sites remain available, but they do not replace the core purpose of the business website.
02 / PROJECT DETAIL
The project includes responsive front-end work, form validation, backend submission handling, newsletter acquisition, and integration with the shared administration and CRM layer. The implementation can retain which form or offer generated a record rather than reducing every interaction to an unlabeled email.
The technical objective is continuity: what a visitor sees, what they ask for, and what the team receives should remain connected. That means the offer, the form, the source label, and the response workflow all need to belong to the same conversation.
